My Story
In the heart of every story lies a spark, an ember waiting to ignite—and mine began long ago, nestled in the quiet corners of middle school notebooks. I crafted worlds from poetry and short stories, weaving magic into every page. But as life’s journey carried me forward, I tucked away my words, trading pen and paper for the chaos and beauty of raising a family.
Years passed, and while my life brimmed with love, the creative fire within me dimmed. That is, until one fateful day, I rediscovered the power of a well-told tale. Books, once a forgotten escape, became the key that unlocked the part of me I had lost—my love for writing rekindled, stronger than ever.
But this journey, like any great quest, comes with trials. Balancing the demands of motherhood, family, and work has always been my greatest challenge. Even when my children’s needs are met and the world around me is at peace, the guilt creeps in—whispering that I should be doing more, giving more. It’s an internal battle, a weight that only mothers can truly understand. But like my characters, I know the path to freedom often lies in embracing imperfection.
Through this struggle, I’ve learned to set boundaries. I no longer demand perfection in execution, but instead, I strive for perfection in effort—knowing that the true magic happens when we give ourselves the grace to be human.
